REV. THOMAS B. JOHNSTON, MA, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EDUCATIONIST

Tom Johnston is the co-founder and Executive Director of Praxis, as well as the Lead Pastor of The Trinity Life Community, a church in southern New Hampshire. This current church is the fifth which he has pastored with his wife Cathy, having previously planted four churches, with four more having come out of their ministry. Through these churches Tom has raised up 23 people into credentialed pastoral ministry.

 

In addition, Tom has served as a denominational leader for church & leadership development and church multiplication, and is a trained NCD Coach-Consultant. He coaches denominational leaders across the Body of Christ in leadership development, church health and church multiplication systems, as well as providing mentoring, training and coaching for church planters from emerging generations. Tom is the co-author of four books with Mike Chong Perkinson. He lives just outside Manchester in Raymond, NH with his wife Cathy and their dogs, Jessica and Pippa. 

REV. MIKE CHONG PERKINSON, MA, PRESIDENT & DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF CHURCH & MINISTRY LEADERSHIP

Mike Chong Perkinson is the Senior Developer of Praxis. He has planted four churches and created extensive church networks in Northern California, Arizona and the Philippines. Currently Mike is the Lead Pastor of CrossRoads Christian Fellowship in Bigfork, Montana. Mike is at the forefront of leadership training and development in the greater body of Christ, having created various schools of ministry throughout the southwestern United States, and is a trained NCD Coach-Consultant. He holds an MA from Fuller Theological Seminary. Mike and his wife, Teresa have been married since 1983 and have two intelligent and beautiful daughters. 

REV. LINDA BRADY, MSED, DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Linda Brady is the Director of Program Development of The Trivium Institute for Leader Development, as well as Site Director of the campus of The Trivium Institute in Bedford, New Hampshire. Linda and her husband Jack serve as part of the Pastoral Team at Trinity Life Community under Lead Pastors Tom & Cathy Johnston. Linda is an educationist whose experience includes the founding and development of two Christian middle-high schools in Massachusetts, and serving as a professor for the New England Bible Institute, Momentum School for Leadership, and Crucible Emerging Leader Network, also in Massachusetts. She received her Masters of Adult Education and Training from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and is a PhD candidate with the International Council of Higher Education. Linda has authored two books on research and writing. Linda and her husband Jack reside in Massachusetts with their dog Gracie. They have two wonderful sons Matthew and Patrick, two daughters-in-love Lindsay and Tracey, and two beautiful granddaughters Anabelle and Lilah. 

JODIE MCCAY, REGISTRAR

Jodie McCay has been involved with Tom and Mike in Praxis since day one. She is the person who keeps everyone on track and moving forward into the calling God has for the team. Jodie facilitates all that is going on in and through the ministry of Praxis. If Jesus is doing something through Praxis, Jodie is somehow involved. She and her husband J. Alan are part of the pastoral team at Trinity Life Community with Tom Johnston. They have two daughters and a son, and currently live in Bedford, NH.

REV. JOHN RUNYON, MDIV, TH.M., FACULTY INSTRUCTOR

John Runyon lives and ministers in Lynn, Massachusetts, with his wife, Eliana Marques Runyon, and their two children, Christopher and Daniela. Ordained ministers in the Foursquare Church, they currently pastor One Voice Church, a church that meets in their home. John and Eliana both work in administration at a university in the Greater Boston area, and serve as adjunct professors in urban ministry at Gordon-Conwell’s Boston Campus, the Center for Urban Ministerial Education, as well as instructors at the Portuguese Foursquare Theological Institute. John holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Theology (Th.M.) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

REV. JOE WOODRUFF, MA, FACULTY INSTRUCTOR

Joe Woodruff is a speaker, teacher, coach and author. He has planted six churches as founder and parent. He has also been Lead Pastor of a mega-church and a turn-around church. He currently works independently and in partnership with Praxis and Trivium. Joe is a highly regarded Leadership Coach and Assessment Facilitator. Outside of organized ministries, Joe is a business practitioner and event-experience designer. Joe holds his M.A. with California Graduate School of Theology. He and his wife, Natalie, have been married since 1982 and are parents to three children and growing grandchildren.
